Since council adopted “Project Wichita: The Master Plan for Wichita” in 2010, downtown Wichita has seen over $1.7 billion being invested, as well as a pipeline of projects totaling more than $760 million. Residences have more than doubled in that time, and the office and hospitality markets have seen growth.
