I had two troubleshooting experiences with Apple yesterday. One of them was unusually and unexpectedly poor and the other result was inconclusive. However, that case has been escalated, so it will eventually be solved. The first one was also solved, although with no thanks to Apple.
Yeah, I’m one of those pinko commie libtards who donates to Public Broadcasting and its socialist affiliates. Y’all MAGA folks will probably be overjoyed to hear that my $10 a month donation stopped working after I updated them with my Apple card’s new expiration date.
I figured they must be doing something wrong, so I started a Messages conversation with Apple Support.
By the way, I highly recommend getting Apple support that way. Response time is quick and you have a record of your conversation.
