Day 1 of Delhi Times Fashion Week showcased a fusion of modern glamour and traditional elegance, with standout collections featuring intricate embroidery, bold silhouettes, and luxurious detailing from designers like Kingshuk Bhaduri, Neharika Sharma, Irani Mitra, and Archana Kochhar.

Isha wore a pastel green ensemble adorned with intricate floral embroidery and peacock motifs, giving it an elegant look. The heavily embellished blouse, detailed borders and delicate jewellery, created a regal appearance.

This collection had a range of bold outfits, with metallic tones and structured silhouettes. The designs incorporated rich fabrics, jewel tones, and dramatic elements, adding to the luxurious and high-fashion appeal.

The showstopping outfit was a striking, voluminous ballgown in deep purple, featuring a textured fabric. The bodice had a corset-like structure with pleated detailing while the skirt was layered, with additional embellishments of white and purple 3D floral appliqués.

Irani Mitra’s collection pushed boundaries of cultural aesthetics to bring forward this collection of unconventional Indian-wear that featured traditional silhouettes with contemporary and abstract artistry.

This collection showcased the designer’s commitment to craftsmanship and detailing. The gems and crystal studded embroidery combined with a modern take on traditional silhouettes offered a blend of luxury and timelessness.
