A woman in her 30s has suffered ‘potentially life changing’ injuries after a hit and run in County Antrim.
She is being treated in hospital after being knocked down by a van while she was walking on the Glenravel Road in Martinstown around 8.55pm on Saturday night.
Police said: “A white Peugeot Professional van was located by members of the public with frontal damage nearby, but it left the scene when police arrived.
“The van was later recovered and a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a number of related offences.”
