“If I’m a good Christian man, if I’m a good husband and father, then I can serve our customers better,” he said.
Worthington Angus is a seedstock operation where Worthington and his team work to develop bulls for commercial cattle. Each year, they sell hundreds of bulls and females with the goal of providing the highest quality beef to consumers worldwide.

He gives credit for his success to growing up on a cattle farm, an education at Missouri State University and lessons learned through 11 years as general manager of the Missouri Angus Association.
“I think all those things led me to where I am today,” Worthington said. “I’ve tried to use those experiences to try and build a well-rounded program that allows us to serve our customers here.”
