NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KENDAL MARIE ORLOWSKI has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of SANDRA JEAN PERRINE, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 21 day of September, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set aside to KENDAL MARIE ORLOWSKI, as the Trustee of THE RICHARD EDWARD PERRINE AND SANDRA JEAN PERRINE REVOCABLE TRUST, dated May 20, 2004.
