A second Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent has been charged for selling illegal drugs that were confiscated by federal law enforcement. Nicholas Kindle worked with another special agent, and both face a charge of drug distribution conspiracy. This second agent faces an additional charge of conspiracy to convert property of the U.S. government for profit.

The two agents worked together from 2021 to 2024 to steal illegal drugs from federal evidence storage and sell them to an anonymous “source of information,” according to court documents. The source would then resell the drugs, mostly psychoactive street drugs known as “bath salts,” to customers, bringing in between $195,000 and $300,000.

The source informed the FBI of this activity and is not facing prosecution in this case. The accused agents have had their DHS credentials suspended but have not been fired.

• For federal judges who hear cases against government agents who abuse or compromise their positions.…Read more by The Presidential Prayer Team
