At Aero India, Collins Aerospace launched the Powered by Collins Initiative 2025 edition, which seeks collaboration from deep tech SMEs on critical aerospace and defence technologies. This year, the emphasis is on material informatics and quantum-enabled navigation.
These cross-industry collaborations build up and address ongoing activities in the aerospace and defence industry, making it possible to take simple print projects to improve customer offerings. The initiative has reached out to the aerospace, defence, and other related sectors ever since 2023.
The company has also expanded the program by launching the Powered by Collins ecosystem on Switchpitch, an online platform connecting startups with enterprises, investors, and technology accelerators.
