The announcement followed the release of her recent single “POSSESSION,” which introduced the sound and tone of the upcoming album. The track arrived earlier this year and represents Martinez’s first new music in roughly three years. Its release also confirmed that the conceptual storyline tied to her previous era has officially concluded.

In messages shared with fans, Martinez described HADES as a narrative-focused album built around darker themes and symbolic imagery. The project continues her long-standing approach of pairing music with visual world-building, though specific story details have not yet been revealed.
