During the October-December quarter, the 17.5 mtpa Dahej LNG terminal processed 214 TBtu of LNG, a rise compared to 213 TBtu in the same quarter in 2024.
Dahej volumes also rose compared to 211 TBtu in the previous quarter.
According to Petronat, capacity utilization of the Dahej terminal stood at 94 percent in the quarter, up from 92 percent in the previous quarter and 93 percent in the corresponding quarter, while the 5 mtpa Kochi terminal achieved the highest-ever capacity utilization of 29 percent in the quarter.
Petronet said its overall LNG volume reached 233 TBtu in the December quarter, up from 228 TBtu in the same quarter last year and the previous quarter.
During the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Dahej’s LNG volumes stood at 632 TBtu, down compared to 686 TBtu during the corresponding nine months in 2024.
Petronet’s total LNG volumes in the nine-month period were 682 TBtu, down from 729 TBtu in the previous year.
Moreover, profit after tax or PAT reached 8.48 billion rupees ($93.4 million) in the quarter under review, a drop compared to 8.67 billion rupees in the corresponding quarter and a rise compare to 8.06 billion rupees in the previous quarter.
The company said its profit before tax or PBT reached 11.44 billion rupees ($126 million) in the quarter under review.
This compares to 11.69 billion rupees in the corresponding quarter and 11.08 billion rupees in the previous quarter.
During the nine-month period, the company reported PBT of 33.63 billion rupees, down from 38.20 billion rupees in the year before, while PAT stood at 25.05 billion rupees, marking a drop compared to 28.56 billion rupees in the corresponding nine months.
