Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos among richest Americans on Forbes list. Here’s how much they’re worth

(CNN) – Forbes has released its 2026 list of the richest Americans, showing the wealthiest continuing to grow their fortunes.

Elon Musk leads the list for the fifth year in a row. The Tesla CEO and former head of the Department of Government Efficiency has a net worth of $908 billion.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is the second-richest American, with a net worth of $378 billion.
