Founded in 2020 and led by CEO Pelle Braendgaard, Notabene provides a network that enables institutions to confirm and verify counterparties in real time, authorize transactions before settlement, and manage compliance alongside pre-transaction verification. Their platform, through Notabene Flow, enables payment coordination and authorization capabilities for B2B and agentic stablecoin transactions, including pull payments, recurring payments, and automated invoicing solutions.
They currently serve 280+ customers across tier-1 banks, custodians, fintechs, and global exchanges, spanning over 100 global jurisdictions.
