The Buffalo Sabres regained home-ice advantage in their playoff series against the Montreal Canadiens just in time.
Zach Benson scored the go-ahead goal on a third-period power play on his 21st birthday Tuesday as the Sabres beat the Canadiens 3-2 in Game 4 at Bell Centre to even the Eastern Conference semifinal series at two games apiece.
The series shifts back to Buffalo for Game 5 on Thursday at KeyBank Center.
