Purdue is making its first trip to the Final Four since 1980 and will face red-hot NC State in a semifinal matchup on Saturday night.
After losing in first round of last year’s NCAA Tournament, the Boilermakers have been on a mission to capture the national title. Purdue will once again lean on Sporting News College Basketball Player of the Year Zach Edey, who is averaging 25.0 points and 12.2 rebounds per game this season.
The Wolfpack will be making just the fourth Final Four appearance in program history. Led by March Madness fan favorite DJ Burns Jr., NC State has won nine straight games dating back to the start of the ACC Tournament.
