WILLMAR — A 47-year-old female was arrested on a warrant after a report of theft at 3:41 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Fifth Street Southeast. The woman was listed as in custody Tuesday pending a court appearance on a felony charge.

SPICER — A crash that temporarily blocked traffic was reported at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Lake Avenue North and Agnes Street in Spicer. No injuries were listed in the report. A driver involved was also issued a citation for failing to yield to traffic.

WILLMAR — A crash involving a black Nissan was reported at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Benson Avenue Southwest.

PENNOCK — A caller reported at 1:25 p.m. Monday that their car had gone into a ditch after a male party ran a stop sign at the intersection of Kandiyohi County Road 27 and Kandiyohi County Road 1 Northwest in Pennock. The caller stated that everyone was OK and that they would call for a tow if needed.

RAYMOND — A caller in the 100 block of Spicer Avenue reported receiving a letter in the mail from a scammer at 2:22 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the caller deduced the fraudulent scheme because it did not come from the bank that issued his card. The caller was advised not to call the phone number on the letter.

WILLMAR — A caller in the 1600 block of First Street South reported questionable transactions at 10:04 a.m. Monday.

WILLMAR — A caller in the 400 block of 16th Avenue Southwest reported harassment at 8:13 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the caller reported a male party had been threatening them and they had spotted the male party watching them while they were out. The caller was advised of options.

SPICER — A complaint of littering was made at 1:58 p.m. Monday in the 14600 block of 156th Street Northeast in Spicer. According to the report, bags of trash and a black front bumper were left at the boat access. The state Department of Natural Resources was also notified of the complaint.

WILLMAR — A caller reported that their vehicle was stolen in the 700 block of 19th Avenue Southeast at 12:38 p.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the vehicle was described as a white Chevrolet Suburban with a black door.
